We recognize that your team is the heart of your practice. Our goal is to retain staff and enhance their career paths with competitive pay, benefits, and training. We do not have a “one-size-fits-all” approach—each practice transition is handled with care to ensure continuity, staff satisfaction, and operational success.

Our average timeline from LOI to closing is 75–90 days, depending on due diligence, regulatory requirements, and legal considerations. We have a dedicated transition team to ensure the process is smooth and efficient, minimizing disruption to your practice.

We focus on strategic improvements that help your practice grow while maintaining its core values. We will put your office on our practice management software. Other changes may include upgraded technology, enhanced marketing, operational support, and better vendor pricing. Your office will have dedicated Operations Regional manager to help support what is already working in your office.

Once affiliated, your practice will gain access to our centralized support system/teams, which includes HR, IT, payroll, compliance, marketing, procurement, and operational leadership. This allows you to focus on dentistry while we handle the administrative tasks that take up valuable time.

We prioritize patient retention and seamless continuity of care. Your patients will continue receiving the same great care under your leadership, and we provide marketing and patient communication tools to strengthen those relationships. Since your office keeps the brand you built there is no need for us to send out a communication about you joining Peak Dental Services. Our network includes specialists and referral pathways that enhance your service offerings without disrupting your patient experience.
