Dr. Zachar is a Board Certified (Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons) oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Zachar is married and has two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, pickleball and cheering for the Iowa Hawkeyes and Chicago Cubs.

Dr. Tony Lere serves as the Chief Clinical Officer of Peak Dental Services, where he leads clinical directors in shaping the organization’s clinical vision, strategy, and philosophy of care. He oversees patient safety initiatives, quality improvement programs, and clinical protocols to ensure a consistent, high-quality patient experience across multiple locations. His dedication to clinical excellence fosters best practices that enhance both patient outcomes and provider performance.

With more than 15 years of experience in general dentistry, Dr. Lere has been instrumental in advancing clinical standards through continuing education, peer review panels, and safety committees. Since joining Peak Dental Services in 2018, he has played a pivotal role in mentoring providers and developing evidence-based clinical protocols that drive high-performing dental teams. He believes the best patient outcomes stem from a culture of collaboration, where clinicians are empowered to deliver exceptional care.

Beyond his leadership role, Dr. Lere remains committed to patient care, continuing to practice chairside in Northern Colorado. This hands-on approach keeps him closely connected to the needs of both patients and providers. Ryan Torresan is the Chief Marketing Officer at Peak Dental Services and is considered one of
the leading marketing minds in dental and healthcare on what’s next in marketing, relevance,
marketing that actually impacts the business and can be measured. With more than 20 years of
dental, healthcare and advertising experience, Ryan is a marketing executive who steered a very
successful career to reach the executive level at two of the largest dental support organizations
(DSOs) and the first dental implant partnership network in the US. During his tenures, he and his
teams earned promotions and awards after tremendous success in the digital marketing, online
presence and social media space.

He is also known to have transformed event, CRM and content marketing into lead generation.

Stephanie Imparato joined Peak Dental Services as Chief Operating Officer in 2025, bringing
more than 12 years of healthcare leadership experience across multiple specialties. With a
background in behavioral health, women’s health, and dental care, she has led operations in
high-growth, fast-paced environments and is known for building strong teams, driving
performance, and scaling organizations through strategic innovation and process
improvement.

As a provider and patient-centric leader, Stephanie believes that every successful healthcare
organization starts by delivering a best-in-class experience for both. Her leadership is grounded
in creating systems and structures that support care teams and enhance patient outcomes,
always with an eye toward sustainable growth and continuous improvement. Outside of work,

Dr. Mauterer is a prominent figure in the Colorado dental community and is an advocate for building a strong healthcare community. She was honored to be awarded fellowships in both the Pierre Fauchard Society and the International College of Dentists. For four years she served the local Metropolitan Denver Dental Society (MDDS) board. While serving as the editor of the Articulator Magazine, she published dozens of her editorials and won two awards from the International College of Dentists for her editorial work. She has served the American Dental Association in the positions of Alternate Delegate and Delegate (elected by her peers) for a few years.
